KENDALL  ALEXANDER

Head Coach

Hello! I am from Eau Claire, WI and currently a business student at University of Mary here in Bismarck. I have been dancing since age five and am trained in numerous styles of dance. I danced for Danz Kraze Pom and Dance Studio K-12th grade and trained at En Avant School of Dance 9th-12th grade where I also was a substitute instructor in high school. I have continued dancing with En Avant when I am home for summers and also was hired to judge competition team auditions! I was a 4-year member and 3-year captain and choreographer for my high school team, Eau Claire Regis. I have earned numerous awards and honors as a team dancer, soloist, and leader, and I can't wait to share my knowledge and passion with this team! This is my second year as the Adajios' head coach and with North Dakota Association of Dance and Drill. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concearns - I am so excited for this season!

ELLA ERICKSON

Assistant Coach

Hi! I’m a freshmen at BSC where I am completing my generals at the moment! I have been dancing for most of my life. I started in Just For Kix here in Bismarck and later moved to join the Adajios my 8th grade year! Then moved up to Centahnas where I was captain my Junior and Senior year. I started teaching some recreational classes at a studio in town, but ultimately missed the feeling of being part of a team and the drill team aspect of dance. For me dance was just more than a sport, I fell in love with the feeling it gave me and the relationships it formed. I learned it wasn’t at all about winning but having the most fun you can and finding the positives in everything. I’m excited to teach young girls the same and help them fall even more in love with dance and leave the season feeling accomplished and fulfilled.
